I'm going to try to answer your questions in order of how I got them because I see that you left a couple of comments on different listings! first of all, thank you for stopping by <3 This highlighter isn't glittery in my opinion; the glow it puts off is fantastic but not as pigmented as I would have expected from a "rainbow highlighter."

jessicaddy @toxicfeme if anything, I would say its kind of "dusty" for lack of a better word when you dip a brush into it, but the GLOW is what transfers to the skin, without leaving behind a dusty glittery chalky mess on you face
