Rainbow gingham backless halter dress

Pink, orange, green, blue, and white gingham, with lovely pleats and tie detail. 28" long from top of dress to bottom without the straps, because that part is really adjustable depending on where they are comfortable tying it to. Great condition, buttons down in back all the way and is a size 10 from oshkosh genuine kids, and runs on the bigger side I believe.
