Raja hunter Green convertible halter dress and skirt

EUC Raja hunter green convertible halter high low dress and broom skirt. Color is a hunter green but shows more black in the photos and video. Beautiful and flowy. One size fits all. Approx measurements are waist full stretch is 23.5" and the length from waist to hem is 36". Adjustable tie string has metal decorative beads. String can be adjusted at the waist if worn as a skirt or at the neckline if worn as a high low dress. I have a similar Raja convertible halter high low dress and broom skirt in deep purple for sale in my closet as well. No rips or stains.
