This beautiful navy blue dress is a flattering fit and flare sleeveless cut dress. The skirt features some interesting detail work with overlapping exposed seams, adding some dimension to the skirt. Overall the fabric is 85% viscose, a tight knit fabric (this is unlined, may require a slip if you prefer) that is super luxurious and definitely a heavy fabric.
