These are extremely tiny. These are Y2K low rise size 26 jeans they have some stretch but these are literally for someone who probably wears a size 0. Otherwise you’re not gonna be able to get them over 34 inch hips. You cannot pull these up if you are not extremely tiny. Reposhing this item I purchased from @kloset_by_kait.
