Ralph Lauren Burnout Dark Blue Velvet Long Sleeve Tunic, SZ PL

This is a dressy tunic that is dark blue velvet with burnout stripes and long sleeves. There are side vents at the hem at the bottom. Would look nice to dress up jeans or with silk pants/skirt. Perfect party/holiday top. Like new.
