Hello - The measurements are as follows: width at bustline 17" across, at narrow part of dress by ruched waist - 15" across, and from neckline to hem - 40". I am a 34B - it is form fitting but the fabric is stretchy and very forgiving. The fabric is thick and dress is lined. As you can see from the sleeves, the neckline is higher - just below the collarbone. There is no zipper. I can ship as soon as I receive the packing materials from Poshmark. Do you need it by a certain date? Ann
