raquelkim The tag size is a Regular SMALL I checked the all the tags that are sewn inside the coat, no where does it indicate this a "petite". That green paper hang tag, is just letting the customer know that the jacket is avail in Petite sizing as well. The sleeves come to the top of my knuckles on my hand with my arms at my sides. I do feel that it's a great fit for someone under 5' 4" or less.
