100% soft ribbed cotton. In excellent pre-owned condition. No holes or stains. Bottom of this adorable tee has a very slight ruffle (see last picture). To my eye, it’s not a stark white, but more of a just slightly creamy white. Lace is not uncomfortable. Machine wash cold gentle, lay flat to dry. Smoke free home.
