Empire waist seam, fitted (but not tight) through hips and then slight flare towards bottom of the skirt. Full length that worked for me at 5' 9" with flats/low heels, for reference. Black with blue and white floral pattern and silver thread for a subtle shimmer. Excellent condition! Purchased at Macy's and worn only once to a gala event - just won't have another occasion to wear it, so looking to pass it on for someone else to use. :) Smoke-free, pet-free home.
