andreaevaughn @jess71ocho It is not brand new, worn 2 times this past Winter. However, no stains or wear at all. This was an absolutely awesome for my 11 month old even though it says 9 months. She weighted 17lbs when she wore this and it was great for her to be able to enjoy her 1st snow:) Very warm, easy to put on and off. It is made of Down.
