Indigo mid-length cinched wrap dress by Ralph Lauren. The dress features a V-neck and padded cap sleeve shoulders. The dress drapes to the left side of the body (from the perspective of the wearer). The back falls straight. 95% polyester, 5% elastane. In excellent condition. There might be a minor flaw in the front bust as seen in the photo, but I believe it's part of the dress.

@tx2000ds The dress is about 38" from the top of the shoulder. For your reference, I'm 5'3" and the skirt of the dress is knee-length.
