Rain flap. Removable navy blue wool collar. Removable zip-in quilted upper/wool lower liner w/ lined sleeves. Belted. Good pre-owned condition. Clean and well cared for. One of the anchor buttons on the inside is chipped - pictured. Otherwise no flaws noted.
