Hi, Prior to cleaning the jacket, we noticed that the jacket has fade patches all over it.I wasn't expecting to see that. You failed to mention that. The jacket is damaged. That's not good business.

@julie_888 In the images, it looks rich, black, and shiny. The luster is not there, and there are brown spots throughout(front.sleeves,back, and perimeter). I was so excited from looking at the images.I received something different. Please understand.....I was looking forward to the jacket,expecting it to look like the images portrayed. The luster is not there either like in the images. Disappointed.....

I can take it to the leather experts cleaner but leather cleaning is very expensive. It could be as much as I paid for the jacket.

@andreaweaver032 I would have been happy to accept a return but you mentioned you tried to clean it yourself. not sure why you smell a mildew smell as it’s just been hanging in my closet and there’s no mold in my closet. I am so bummed on your dissatisfaction , I really was just trying to sell something that I loved and thought someone else could live too….
