New without tags! Never worn. Ralph Lauren cream wool poncho with gorgeous knit work. Turtleneck for those cool fall days. Armholes on the sides, but most of the sides are open. So cute with white skinnies! Or a good plaid skirt. Labeled a petite medium/large. I'm normally a women's small/medium and had no trouble. Check out measurements below.
