what are the measurements of this jacket please? is the material water proof or water repellent? many thanks

@blueflame325 I’ll get the measurements for you tonight. I’m not sure I understand the difference, but I’ll try to explain. It’s water repellant. I’ve worn it in the rain and it doesn’t stay wet. Water droplets don’t soak in. They slide off.
