@sogogh I measured where the belt loops sit, and that's 30". I'd say these are a snug size 4, equivalent to a size 2 in some other pants. I've worn RL jodhpurs before, and a tight fit is nice because they will stretch. Let me know if there is anywhere else I can measure for you :)
