Skirt is lined. Buttons fully functional, including the ones on the top straps. Selling as a set and won't be separating. Set is pre-owned so check photos for condition. No issues as far as I can tell. All pre-owned items may show signs of wear such as loose threads, minor fading, etc. The skirt alone had a suggested retail of $345.
