Hi Anna I just added some extra photos showing measurements. Across the top of the boot is 7 1/4 inches or circumference of 14 1/2 inches. Lower on the boot measures 14 inches. I included two other pics of an elastic insert inside and out of the boot that does not show on the outside. I hope that helps you decide. Also not trying to push a sale , but if you are interested I will be heading south to Texas this Monday for @ 4 months. Best wishes!
