rrueff @sd232 it’s definitely smaller than a 2T. I bought it for my daughter when she was a 2T and I couldn’t get the buttons to button on the top back. So, if she’s a 24 mo. It should fit. I can measure the width tonight when I get home.

rrueff @sd232 the waist is 11 in. The tag says it’s for girls 28-30 lbs., 33.5-35.5 in.
