Really nice quality fabric, feels thick and soft. Gold buttons on each shoulder have anchors for a preppy touch! 100% Cotton dress Belt included!! Belt consists of two matching navy ropes that link together with gold hardware and a touch of faux leather accent. Dress even has sewn in loops to keep the belt in place on your waist. 100% Polyester belt Size Small Nice condition; there is one tiny pinprick where the thread is pulling at the seam up by the buttons on the left shoulder (see 3rd pic) that's not very noticeable.
