Ralph Lauren blue label Alpaca and wool sweater

Soft and cozy tunic length cable knit turtleneck or cowl neck sweater. Buttons on collar to open from turtleneck to more of an open cowl. This is from the Ralph Lauren blue label approx 2008 - I’ve had it for years but only worn a few times as I now live in Miami. Blue label is more expensive than the polo and Lauren lines. This was purchased in the Georgetown Store in Washington DC. It’s in great condition only gently hand washed and air dried. This sweater is special because it’s made of 50% Alpaca which is just the softest and warmest (even more than cashmere!) while being lightweight and not itchy. Alpaca has a black gray tone to it giving this a beautiful multidimensional black color. Goes great with black pants or leggings and boots for a minimal chic look.
