Ralph Lauren dress size 8 navy/kelly green dress w/flattering waistline detail

Ralph Lauren dress size 8 navy/kelly green striped bodice and solid navy skirt and flattering waist detail.Gold zipper on back with full lining throughout. The dress has stretch but I feel it fits a small size 8 or size 6 due to the lining. 32.5 inches from back of neck to bottom. Small 3/4” open seam on side as shown. Knee length and very flattering.
