mistymanley I’m sorry my measurements on all mine armpit to armpit is around 20-21 inches. My sizes are XL and 14 so 28 is very large for under the arm for this brand and dress size….

samantha48867 @mistymanley This was my first RL dress and I usually wear an XL or 14/16 in everything else. I was hoping it had some give but it didn’t. I wear a 38D bra and the chest was too tight for me.

mistymanley @samantha48867 I hate it didn’t fit because I’m a 36D and most are so flattering on in this brand!❤️✨Do not give up because all mine are so Cute and some Stunning on!! It must be the material I bet! Because we would be the same size.
