Ralph Lauren, women’s collared shirt

Ralph Lauren women’s collared shirt it is in size 2, made majority of cotton. It has buttons going all the way up to the collar with a few little ruffles like a skirt at the bottom. It has two slits on each side of the arm and is in great condition. Has barely been worn. Please let me know if you have any questions!
