Ralph Rucci Embroidered Cocktail Dress 2?

Absolutely stunning cocktail dress in a deep purple color, embroidered detail, black sheer panels on sides and bottom edge, fit/flare look, string ties on waist sides, pockets, back zip. There is no fabric tag but I am sure it is silk w/silk taffeta lining, there is also no size but bust is 28”, length 27”, waist 24” and VG pre owned condition. I’m guessing this is probably a size 2
