@guerratorres Hello! I think it would be a good fit. Waist measures 26” (flat without pulling on the fabric) fabric has some stretch to it. The dress is form fitting from bust down & flares out a bit at hip area. The halter top works well with most measurements. I am a 34 D, 27, 39 & it fit me great. 😊
