elisezcloset @morganhaley1113 So at the smallest part of the waist unstretched, it is 20" but can stretch to 22" pretty easily, and then possibly to 23"... it's definitely a corset... it just stays under the bust... It has 2 additional rows of eyelets to go even tighter as well... Hope this helps! 🌹
