Vintage Rampage summer dress. Built in shelf bra with no underwire and light padding, just enough to keep things covered. Halter neck, back zip. Opaque under layer is roughly 26" while the sheer over layer is roughly 31"-32" (uneven handkerchief hem). Smoke free home, never worn but no tags. Size 3 (I'd guess it's closer to a 2 than a 4)
