atouchoflove Great, someone needs to incorporate all that I've seen in different closets then make it PM RULES so no one needs to post these comments when most of them are common courtesy

knockout_mama @atouchoflove I know, right? I will admit, I did this when I first joined a few months ago, but I honestly didn't know, as I had seen other users doing it so I thought it was just "how it was done".

atouchoflove What I would love to know from buyers...when they like something, do they want us to bother or ask them stuff or Fo they just want to b left alone unless they decide to purchase? What do you do?

knockout_mama @atouchoflove tbh, I've done both. I typically thank them for "liking" my item(s) and then tell them to let me know if there's any questions or if they're interested. That way I'm acknowledging I've seen them in my closet an being polite, but still letting them "shop at their own pace".. If that makes sense. Sometimes I'll come right out and ask if they're interested but I try to leave that to a minimum. (Mostly cuz of wanting to save it but needing To wait until funds are cleared etc ).

ex_globetrotter Hi @knockout_mama, I'm new in PM. I'm here on an unrelated matter. Just wanted to ask how you uploaded these notes? I'm also learning my way around my iPhone too. I can do the notes but I don't know how to upload it. Your advice will be much appreciated. Thanks so much! 💐 You're right, bdw. My closet was 'hijacked' by another Posher promoting her friends' sale the next day. I just ignored it. It was really rude though. 😇

knockout_mama @ex_globetrotter hey no worries doll!! We all gotta help each other out :) Ok so you know how to make a note on your iPhone right? Well, after you make your note, screen shot it by pushing the power button an home button at the same time, and then add it to your closet by "sell"ing it. (You can also edit it to make the picture fit better, look different, etc). Hope this answered your question. If not, lmk and I'll see if I can better explain it! And welcome to Posh.!! :)

jenn1143 It is super annoying for people to spam your closet. Or to think bc you shared that you are interested. Or to overly ask if interested before you've had a chance to answer. Or to like an item and not at least say " just window shopping" when acknowledged for said like or what not. My worst is when people say they want to buy and disappear. I agree with you 100% dont be sorry! :)

knockout_mama @mskroeger first of all, welcome to Poshmark! :) "Spam" can be different to each individual posher but for me it's when you would comment something to the effect of "having a buy one get one free sale, come check out my closet". Mostly using my closet listings to advertise your own closet. Like I said, it's different for each lovely lady on here but that's where I stand on it. I hope this helps you :)
