Ok, first of all I am a nice person. I am not difficult to communicate with, so BEFORE PURCHASING please ASK ME ANY QUESTIONS! Like that I can give you an accurate desceiption of the item and what youre looking for!! Its not fair to me that I try my best to describe it and for you to recieve it and then I get poor ratings!! I ship out asap, i make sure the item is clean...idk what else I have to do to satisfy a customer, when you purchase I am assuming its what you are looking for.

fabulousfindz4u You can’t figure out everyone. I think a lot of it all depends upon the mood the person is in when they open that package. I sold on e&ay for 6 years and can honestly say that although I had 100% feedback there were those buyers that I practically had to refund the entire purchase and allow them to keep the item to make them happy. Funny how the “complaint “ went away when I gave them money back.

fabulousfindz4u Only you can see the rating and Posh does this for a reason because not all feedback is an honest observation but sometimes someone just being caddy or in a bad mood. If you know you are doing a honest job then brush that buyer off, block that buyer and keep on poshing🌸

grungyhearts @fabulousfindz4u yes, i am a full time student so the little i get goes to food and gas so i do my best to keep people happy and give them the item in the best condition and will post any flaws. But i take good care of my things and do what i can to keep my reputation clean. Ofcourse i cant please the world but i do what i can. I also sell on depop, for quite a few years now and never had any issies there but its only here ive been having some bad luck.

grungyhearts @fabulousfindz4u Like the standard is so high for some even if they know the item is used. I always accept reasonable to low offers..so when they offer up i always usually accept and for me to get a bad review cause of a small flaw or misunderstanding in size..well it kinda kills the fun on poshmark But thank you for your point of view c:

elisabeth_m I got could improve :other additional comments X. And that’s all so rude the lady was like I could have returned it. She was just a petty person. I blocked her she’s so childish. Item was perfect no reason just a 2 star rating. I ignore them now. At the end of the day we can only control ourselves not others

elisabeth_m @grungyhearts yup and seems like since pandemic buyer are trying to rip sellers off by getting stuff for free. So sad. I have two reseller friends who do this for a living and one customer tried to rip the pocket and send it back, haha even tho original listing showed perfect condition
