Raquel Allegra Victoria Dress in blue tie dye

Gorgeous Raquel Allegra sundress in blue tie dye. Size 1, which is a US M/6 (see screenshot of size chart). Fits true to size. Option to tie at the waist for a more fitted look. Could also be work open with white pants & tank underneath! Romantic ruffle detail at neck. Excellent condition, I only wore it once (to a wedding welcome party)! The belt loop on one side is broken and could be easily fixed with a quick stitch.
