Rare Carolina Herrera Sample Mixed Media Dress Small

CH by Carolina Herrera marked as a sample - may be the only one in existence. I don't know. No size or fabric BUT top feels like silk and the skirt portion is a really nice velvet. Scalloped neckline, long sleeves. Based on the measurements I'd call this 2 or 4 - 15" shoulders, 36" bust is also waist and hip measurement so it fits like a sheath dress. 23.5" sleeves, 35" length. A small portion of the hem is loose but I didn't notice it while on mannequin. Simple stitch of the hem tape.
