Waist approx. 13 inches across flat measured unstretched, plus has stretch. Front rise approx. 7.5 inches. Inseam approx. 29 inches. Leg openings approx. 5.25 inches across. 100% cotton, but does have stretch. Excellent used condition without defects. h
