Rare Dolce & Gabbana gold leather boots

I purchased these boots at a Dolce & Gabbana sample sale when I lived in NYC, about 2003-ish. Price tag said $1395. I paid $750. I never saw them in stores with this high heel, only with the shorter, kitten heel, so I'm not sure these were ever mass produced. It's possible they were only a sample or maybe a limited edition run, but I'm not sure. They are gold pebble leather with pointed toe & 3.5 in spike heel. Calf is VERY narrow, only 13 in at widest point. Minor scuffs on toe & heel.
