Rare Dorothee Schumacher ruffled asymmetrical twill skirt: never worn!

I fell in love with this Dorothee Schumacher asymmetrical ruffled skirt (a long mini) and bought it through an online trunk show—then never wore it after I cut off the tags! Black/caramel brown twill stripe with a bit of sheen to the fabric. Very flirty! Made in Hungary per the tag and a European size 1. Waistband measures 13.5”. Length at longest point is 20.5”. Length at shortest point is 16.5”. Very fitted through waist and hips. If I took a pic wearing it, it wouldn’t do it justice as it’s a bit tight on me now, which is why I’m selling. I don’t have a dress dummy to model it on. Why grab this?
