In gently used condition. Does have a black mark on the red bow (pictured). It seems to be a kind of ink stain. Smoke free home.

can the bow be removed without messing up the dress?

@duplantisba I am not sure. It is stitched on there with 2 rows of stitching, you would have to undo the stitching but I am not sure how it would look after removed sorry!
