Rare Editions Blue Green Floral Ribbon Dress

Bright light blue satin with olive green Rare Editions special occasion fitted and flared dress with shoulder straps in size 5 with an all over pattern of blue ribbons circled to look like flowers. Dress is lined with a white fabric. Hidden zipper down back and blue satin ribbon tie in back at waist. Top is fitted with sweetheart neck, blue shoulder straps and two tiers of blue ribbon at waist. Bottom is flared. Good used condition because of some wash wear.
