Rare Editions dress kids

This is perfect for a night out! It is by Rare Editions, and is a kids size 12. The skirt is made of tulle. It has a beautiful flower band, and has 5 layers of fabric on the skirt, which makes it poof. The dress is 28 inches long (I could not fit in the picture). It has a zipper on the back, along with a button closure at the top, and a piece of fabric to make a bow. It has been worn once!
