Rare EverSwiss Mens Mechanical Wind Watch Runs Well But Stem Broken New Crystal

This a gorgeous Swiss watch! Just look at the pictures! It's definitely vintage, and some of the color has worn off here and there, but the dial is pristine, and it has a new crystal and band. I got it at an estate sale, and it was working perfectly, but then I accidentally broke the stem! The original stem and crown are with it, but I didn't know how to get the broken piece out.
