Rare Find LaScalla Italian Grand Opera Theater Ivory Alabaster Plate Madame Butt

This ivory alabaster collectors plate features a three dimensional scene from the opera Madame Butterfly. It was made by Gino Ruggeri and produced in Tuscany, Italy in 1977 by Studio Dante Di Volteradici. It is numbered AB 4662. Condition: The Alabaster plate is heavy, free of any nicks, cracks, chips, discoloration and in very nice condition. The informational brass plaque on the back of the alabaster plate does show its age. There are some scuffs and scratches in random places on the brass plate on the back. See my pictures. I have reduced the price on this piece because of the imperfections on the brass plate. There is a brass ring on the back of the plate for hanging. Measures: 8.5 inches in diameter. Non-smoking pet-free home.
