Rare Fleur de Lis - 1960's Brutalist Horseshoe Nail Pendant -MidCentury Modern

Unique pendant necklace hand made from horseshoe nails! Hand crafted in the brutalist style popular during the mid-century modern era. This unique Fleur de Lis design was done with excellent craftsmanship, is smooth to wear and displays the attention to careful detail of many fine vintage pieces. This pendant dangles from a simple, small neck wire. The original owner was a dancer and slender. You can easily move the pendant to another neck wire, chain or leather. The pendant measures 1 5/8” wide and 1 3.4” long. A large Jump ring appears to be silver, but there are no markings. There is some patina to the metal nails which only time can add.
