Stretchy smocking at back of waist. Short skirt lining underneath. Skirt is semi-sheer. Partially lined and lots of details. Perfect for summer. Dress up or down for going into town or for night out. Good used condition with flaws: both seams on waist have been fixed and the gauze and lace came undone at the front hem on the right (not very noticeable when worn, can be easily fixed with a few stitches).
