Rare HW Collections Red Slit Dress

Vintage apple red double layer dress with an unique "chopped" or slit bottom manufactured by HW Collections. Lying flat, it measures about 42" from top chest seam to bottom seam, 15" waist, and 17" armpit to armpit. Top layer is 100% polyester and the second is "100% acetate" if I'm reading the faded tag correctly. No noticed rips or holes, but there is a small start of separation between some of the slits--shown in the last photo.
