Brand new, never worn. Released in 2006/2007. Gorgeous versatile piece. Dark navy blue color. Smooth fabric with sheen, something like you might have on a water-resistant rain jacket. Faulous styling details include interior adjustable waist straps for cinch/looseness control, waist belt flap. Elegant. Can be worn as tunic, dress, jacket, or duster. I am listing it as a top to get the size shared to you, but it defies categorization. Brand new condition. I bought it new as a collectible piece and never wore.
