Rare OOAK vintage midi skirt orange grommets Small 26 Wrap designer Italy RBE

Incredible vintage skirt I purchased in Brooklyn around 2014. I have never worn it. It’s truly unique and the oversized grommets are amazing. I think the color on the closeups and the indoor photo with the waist measurement (13” flat) are the most accurate. It’s slightly more muted with less of a red tone vs. some of the photos. This is in excellent vintage condition. Made in Italy. Not sure the era but it feels like 1970s. No flaws to note.
