Rare Original 1926 Historic Wood Relic From Independence Hall Philadelphia 1897

The Certificate represents the Historical Wood Relic from Independence Hall. As detailed on the certificate, during the first restoration of the Original Independence Hall in 1897, Samuel Reeves acquired 16 of the original flooring timbers measuring 5 feet long. The timbers were obtained by the Wolf Art Company. They created these amazing historical relics and sold them with this certificate in 1926. The certificate bears sworn affidavits from persons associated with the 1897 restoration guaranteeing the authenticity of the wood. The Historic Wood Relic measures approximately 1.1" x 1 1/4" x 0.1" The vintage certificate with the Historic Wood measures 10" x 14".
