Rare Original American Folk Art Toy, STELLA

This is a hard to find vintage wooden folk art from Wolf Creek. Signed by the artist, Barbara Storjohann 1988. This piece is called Stella and she is a circus trapeze artist. She is hand painted. The trapeze measures about 12" x 3 1/2" x 15". Wolf Creek Woodworking was a family owned studio that hand built, carved and painted there beautiful works. They made these primitive pieces in Beaman and Eldora, Iowa, USA
