Rare Paul Stuart 40R Corduroy Suit 31x31 Pants Blazer Brown

Fantastic corduroy blazer by Paul Stuart. It is a medium brown, kind of cognac brown. The corduroy pattern is thin and neat. Great suit. The jacket is in good used condition. No major issues. The pants have a few small spot stains. In the front thigh of the left leg is the largest. There is also a small spot near the bottom of the zipper. These may come out with dry cleaning but no guarantee. They are not terrible, as corduroy is naturally a bit multi toned, but if you look close you will find these. The pants also have a bit more specs and pulls when compared to the jacket. Please see pictures. It was tagged as a 38, but the jacket measures a bit bigger so listing as a 40R.
