Rare Sparkly Silver Filigree Dress (Charming Charlie)

Charming Charlie A-Line Dress (Knee Length). Decorated with unique silver filigree made of metal loops. Somewhat heavy but not very noticeable. Comfortable fit with thick straps and zipper all the way up the back. I have loved this dress but ready to pass it on! Very slight signs of wear in the filigree around the arm pits but otherwise in great condition. Bright silver with attached white under-layer.
